We’re looking for a Software Developer with experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC B2C) to join our Conversion team, responsible for powering the shopping experience—from cart to checkout. This role plays a key part in building a performant, secure, and user-friendly eCommerce journey for our global customers.
You'll be working within a cross-functional product team alongside developers, product managers, and stakeholders to develop and maintain backend services that support a seamless customer journey. This includes developing new features, improving the architecture, and maintaining our core systems migrated to SFCC B2C.
We’re not looking for someone to build things from scratch — rather, someone who thrives on optimizing, expanding, and strengthening what already exists, while also contributing to new initiatives in a scalable and modern tech stack .
Your expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud will be critical in scaling the platform that delivers our unique products to a worldwide audience .
Responsibilities may include :
- Developing and maintaining backend functionality using Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C, supporting a seamless and secure checkout and payment journey.
- Architecting, optimizing, and scaling backend services for a high-traffic eCommerce platform, ensuring performance, resilience, and maintainability.
- Designing and building new features and integrations, including custom development and 3rd-party system connections across logistics, customer support, and enterprise systems.
- Contributing to technical decisions and code quality standards through peer reviews, documentation, and architecture discussions within a cross-functional product team.
- Taking on mentorship responsibilities, helping junior developers grow, and supporting a collaborative and forward-thinking engineering culture.
Experience required :
4+ years of backend software development experience.Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C (previously Demandware).Proficient in Node.js or similar backend technologies.Proven experience working in cross-functional teams, especially in eCommerce or customer transaction journeys.Experience with system integrations, including order management, payment gateways, or customer data systems.We believe great engineers bring more than just technical skills.
