Business Application Specialist

Overview

Nemko is seeking a Business Application Specialist to support and coordinate our core business applications : NetSuite, Salesforce, Anaplan, and Power BI .

In this role, you will contribute to governance, integration, and the continuous development of our global systems. You will work closely with enterprise architecture, managed service partners, and process owners across the organization. Your responsibilities will include supporting system standardization, data integrity, and enhancements, as well as coordinating the design of reports and dashboards that support decision-making. Staying updated on new features and leveraging AI opportunities will also be part of your contribution.

We are looking for a candidate with solid expertise in technology, system integration, and data flows , who can translate business needs into system improvements and help secure effective deployment and adoption across the Group.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate NetSuite globally as the Group’s ERP solution.
• Ensure governance and alignment across core applications : NetSuite (ERP), Salesforce (CRM), Anaplan (planning & forecasting), and Power BI (reporting & analytics).
• Collaborate with all managed service partners and internal process owners to develop, integrate, and improve the systems.
• Assist in driving global standardization, master data governance, data integrity, and best practices across applications.
• Assess and validate data quality in dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business KPIs.
• Coordinate the design and development of reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions that support decision-making across finance, operations, and sales.
• Stay up to date on new features, releases, and best practices in NetSuite, Salesforce, Anaplan, and Power BI – and evaluate their business value.
• Contribute to automation, AI opportunities, and continuous system enhancement initiatives.
• Act as a key link between business and IT for Group-wide application projects.
