Kongsberg Maritime is growing, and our Digital Ocean team is looking for a passionate and driven Product Advisor to join us.In this role, you will become part of our dynamic Performance and Fleet Management product line , where we design and deliver digital solutions that help ship owners and operators around the world manage their fleets more safely, efficiently, and sustainably.

As a Product Advisor , you will take ownership of one or more products or modules within our portfolio. You’ll act as the bridge between our customers, development teams, and commercial functions. An important part of the job will be to translate user needs into product improvements and new features, ensuring that our solutions remain at the forefront of maritime digitalization.

You will work closely with

• Customers and end-users, to understand real-world challenges and drive product adoption.
• Cross-functional development teams, to prioritize features and lead development efforts.
• Sales and marketing, to position our products in the market and support commercial success.

This is a role where you’ll be combining business insight, technical understanding, and customer focus to create solutions that deliver real value in the maritime industry.
