BW LNG is currently seeking an Electro Automation Superintendent to join our LNG / FSRU Fleet team in Oslo. The successful candidate will be taking part in the daily operation of our ships and participate in exciting projects.

Responsibilities :

• Daily support to our vessels with respect to electrical, automation and navigation equipment issues.
• Assist Technical Superintendents in conjunction with dry docking planning and execution.
• Act as interface between Fleet Teams and Fleet IT for ongoing IT issues and projects.
• Responsible for effective maintenance procedures for electrical and automation equipment.
• Contribute to training of onboard electrical officers when needed.
• Proactively propose improvements and upgrades on electrical and automation systems.
• Stay tuned with the market to keep updated on current electrical and automation systems.
• Coordinate the use of sub-contractors in conjunction with upgrade projects onboard our vessels.
