ML Engineer - Health & Wearable Data - AI-Driven Well-being Platform at Endor

Join our mission to build the first 360° well-being system at Endor. You'll be implementing and evolving algorithms that convert wearable sensor data into personalized wellness recommendations. We're moving quickly beyond MVP - and we’re looking for an ML Engineer who can take the lead on real-world, production-ready algorithm development.

This role is ideal for someone who combines a strong understanding of data science with solid Python development skills and can work independently across the full lifecycle of ML systems - from prototype to production. You’ll collaborate with doctors, scientists, and health experts to build tools that genuinely improve lives, while owning the technical implementation of our core algorithms.

What You'll Do

• Build, optimize, and maintain Python-based algorithms that extract insights from biometric data
• Work with HRV, sleep, and activity data alongside medical advisors
• Validate model accuracy against clinical benchmarks and real-world data
• Apply ML techniques to enhance prediction, personalization, and insight generation
• Own algorithm development beyond MVP as we scale
• Work closely with product and backend engineers to deploy systems into production
