We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated professional with a particular affinity for strategic and operational support in large and complex casualties and major claims. The vacancy will fill a role within Skuld's Casualty and Major Claims team. The candidate should ideally be based in Oslo or London and will report to the Global Head of Casualty and Major Claims.
Skuld's Casualty & Major Claims team is a specialized, dedicated unit responsible for providing strategic, legal, and technical support to all Skuld Business Units globally in managing large and complex casualties and major claims. The team is integral to Skuld's Casualty Response Plan and Major Claims Management frameworks, which are designed to provide structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approaches to casualty response and major claims management.

Main responsibilities :
Casualty Response
Assist and support Skuld's Business Units in response and management of casualties with a particular focus towards salvage, wreck removal, environmental and large property claims.
Major Claims
Assist and support Skuld's Business Units on large and complex cases with high financial exposure.
Processes, Tools and Resources
Help develop processes, tools and resources to support Skuld offices globally in handling casualties and major claims.
Competence Development
Enhance competence development and training in casualty handling within all Skuld Business Units.
Marketing
Represent Skuld at external conferences / seminars and present relevant topics concerning casualty handling and management. Prepare and arrange requested workshops with stakeholders) on casualty preparedness and management and participate in internal / external drills.
Projects
Contribute and participate in other projects that fall within the responsibility of the Claims Management Team.
