Join Maritime Advisory in DNV and help clients navigate decarbonization, digital transformation, and complex safety and performance challenges across the global maritime value chain. Our ambition is to be the world’s leading maritime advisor, delivering impact through exceptional people, cutting edge methods, and data driven solutions.

We are now looking for graduates who want to join our Maritime Trainee Program organized by the Norwegian Shipowners Association, starting in August 2026. You will be permanently employed in our Decarbonization and Performance Advisory unit within DNV Maritime. As part of the trainee program, you will participate in five sessions held in Oslo, Bergen, Ålesund, Singapore, and London over a period of 18 months. These sessions serve as platforms for exchanging experiences and building relationships, while also providing broad insight into the maritime industry - including economic, strategic, leadership, and organizational challenges.
