About the r ole

Are you passionate about turning data into action? Do you enjoy building engaging campaigns and customer journeys using the latest Martech tools? We’re looking for a Martech Consultant to join our growing team in Norway!

In this role, you’ll be the hands-on expert inside our clients’ marketing platforms – setting up campaigns, personalizing journeys, and ensuring timely and relevant communications. You’ll collaborate with some of the Nordics’ most well-known brands, helping them execute data-driven marketing strategies using platforms like Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, and others.

You'll join a warm, ambitious Nordic Martech team that shares ideas, supports one another, and builds great customer experiences—while having a good time doing it.

Key r esponsibilities

Campaign e xecution : Build and launch campaigns and automated journeys using client Martech platforms.

Operational e xcellence : Manage configurations and ensure campaign delivery runs smoothly.

Data a ctivation : Use customer data and segments to deliver targeted, personalized messaging.

Platform s pecialist : Troubleshoot, test, and continuously optimize campaigns and platform use.

Collaborate a cross t eams : Work alongside analysts, developers, creatives, and strategists to bring campaigns to life.

Track & l earn : Monitor performance and explore new ways to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

2+ years of e xperience working with platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Bloomreach Engagement, or Google Marketing Platform.

Good understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and CDPs.

Data-driven and curious about how to turn insights into effective communication.

Interest in AI and machine learning in marketing is a bonus.

Being a hands-on learner who enjoys building new skills and exploring platform capabilities to create better and smarter campaigns.

Team player with strong communication skills, fl uent in Norwegian and English.
