Overview
Seeking a qualified consultant to support and follow up on activities within the DISC digital collaboration initiative. The DISC project focuses on enabling interoperability in Life Cycle Information data exchange between parties in the oil and gas sector, leveraging industry and international standards and developing new digital formats and functionalities.
Responsibilities
- Follow-up activities and discussions related to the DISC digital collaboration initiative.
- Lead a DISC activity for development of reasoning and automated capability checks based on Information Modelling Framework (IMF) and semantic web technologies.
- Support and follow up DISC activities related to identifier management and development of a common DEXPI standard profile for digital Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring cross activity alignment with project goals for data interoperability.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across project teams and participating organizations.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other interfacing disciplines.Proven experience with semantic web technologies (such as RDF, OWL, SPARQL) and their practical application in industry projects.Domain knowledge of Life Cycle Information management and related information requirements in the oil and gas sector.Familiarity with industry and international standards for data exchange and interoperability (e.g., ISO 15926, CFIHOS, OPC UA, etc.).Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.Experience in digital transformation and data-driven collaboration initiatives is an advantage.Work Location : Bærum
