What will you do?

As Service Contract Manager for our Nordic Branch office in Lysaker, Oslo, you will be responsible for managing multiple customers service contracts within the Nordic area. You are the sparring partner of our customers with the goal to improve our customers competitive position in the rapidly changing environment of the Warehouse, Parcel & Airport Baggage Automation business. You are profit and loss responsible for a set of customers and ready to build a solid customer relationship. You can identify and generate new opportunities beneficial for both Vanderlande and our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

Day-to-day back-office administration of the service contracts using multiple digital tools

Being profit-loss responsible for the service contracts assigned to you through diligent implementation, managing, analyzing and optimization of them

Acting as the customer's representative within the internal organization

Support the customer and our global service team during incidents and the investigation of the root-cause of problems

Responsible for after-market sales, discussing the investment cycle with our customers, using a life-cycle plan tailored to the customer's business and their future needs

Monitoring of service suppliers who deliver services to our customers against a cost-effective budget

Working with Vanderlande colleagues globally to ensure a seamless transition from project phase to the service organization

Working with the sales team responsible for preparing and creating service contracts

Qualifications :

Completed degree in business, engineering, logistics, or related field

Proficient years of work experience in service or contract management,

ideally in a technical or industrial setting

Strong understanding of P&L responsibility and financial performance

Skilled in using digital tools for contract administration

Familiarity with after-sales and lifecycle planning, preferably including the management of third-party service providers

Excellent communication and customer relationship skills, including the ability to coordinate across internal teams and global stakeholders

Continuous improvement mindset and a hands-on mentality, not afraid to take content deep dive

Fluent in one Scandinavian language, and English, as well as the willingness to travel abroad approx. 20%
