Job Description
Our client is a fast-growing global provider of sustainable UV water treatment solutions. They are looking for a Country Sales and Business Development Manager to build on their existing customer base in Norway and further develop the market.
Requirements
Must have at least 10 years experience in the Aquaculture machinery market in a hands-on sales position.
Knowledge of the land-based aquaculture industry and relevant education
Must have the ability to work directly with engineering companies : promote new sales as well as support on-going projects
Technical skills : an advantage
Location West coast of Norway preferred
Fluent in English
Responsibilities
Develop national sales strategy in the Norwegian customer portfolio and new markets.
Ensuring company maximizes sales and grows revenue from its extensive portfolio and emerging markets.
Create strong customer loyalty. Manage business & company affairs in Norway.
Support technical work at customers facilities.
Cooperate with other units & business areas within the company
Be the face of the company in Norway and secure a transparent and close communication with international HQ.
Project management and documentation of customer activities.
