Overview

Base Facilities Hammerfest are looking to strengthen our team and are seeking a positive and skilled colleague to join our facilities in Hammerfest.

Job description

  • As a supervisor you are part of our onshore team and will be responsible for warehouse and bulk plant including mixing facilities.
  • You will lead work with mobilization and demobilization for offshore operations and other base locations in Norway.
  • Maintenance of tanks and equipment for the plant is also part of the responsibilities.
  • Team lead for personnel performing their day‑to‑day tasks in warehouse and bulk plant.
  • Reporting – KPI on both HSE and SQ, attendance at department meetings, approval of timesheets, resource utilization and planning of the workday for your team.

    • K qualifications

  • We are seeking a candidate with team leadership experience and knowledge of chemical handling including tank systems; general mechanical skills are desirable, and warehousing experience is an advantage.
  • The candidate should have experience from an industrial environment, hold a relevant apprenticeship certificate and a driver’s license (class B), and forklift certificate (T1–T4).
  • Knowledge of SAP and general PC skills; good Norwegian and English knowledge, both written and spoken, is required.

  • As Supervisor, you should be accurate as errors can have major consequences; you are responsible with high execution ability.
  • Must be structured and able to handle a complex and hectic daily life with sometimes high work pace.
  • Demands that you lead your team as a role model and mentor to achieve goals together as a team.
