Weare looking for someone to join our growing Pathways team in Norway, helpingour clients through their business transformations. The ideal candidate hasworked on business transformation projects with a strong IT component,preferably with experience from ERP or EAM implementations

Asa Consultant / PMO, you will play a key role in supporting and driving large-scaletransformation initiatives for our maritime clients. You will work closelywith business stakeholders, ensuring structure, progress, and alignmentthroughout the project lifecycle.

Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Supporting projectand program management in planning, execution, and reporting
  • Acting as PMO : maintaining project structure, follow-ups, RAID logs, governance routines,etc.
  • Supporting businessprocess mapping, requirements gathering, and solution design for ERP / EAMand related IT systems
  • Support with changemanagement
  • Coordinating withvendors, integrators, and internal IT teams to secure alignment
  • Preparingpresentations and decision-material for steering committees and management
  • Driving workshops,documentation, and stakeholder engagement
  • Tracking progressagainst milestones, risks, and budget

Requirements

We are looking for someone who :

  • Has 1–3 years ofconsulting or project management experience , preferably from atop-tier firm
  • Has been involved in businesstransformation and IT system implementation projects (ERP, EAM, orsimilar)
  • Has stronganalytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Can structure andpresent complex information in a clear and concise way
  • Is proactive,detail-oriented, and comfortable working in dynamic environments
  • Enjoys collaboratingwith diverse stakeholders — from business users to senior executives
