- Provide outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking users via live chat, email, and phone

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery
- Stay informed about our gaming products and industry developments to provide relevant information to customers
Requirements
Fluency in Danish and strong proficiency in English; additional languages are a bonusPrevious experience in customer service, preferably in the iGaming industryExceptional communication skills and a customer-oriented mindsetAbility to handle multiple tasks effectively in a busy environmentStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer inquiriesFamiliarity with CRM tools and customer service platforms is advantageousWillingness to relocate to Malta and embrace new cultural experiencesBenefits
