Overview

Job Title : Structural Engineer

Location : Norway (remote)

About the Company : Our client is a leading engineering consultancy in Norway, delivering projects across offshore energy, renewables, and civil infrastructure. They provide advanced structural engineering services, integrating BIM workflows to ensure efficient project execution and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Develop structural designs, models, and drawings using Revit and BIM tools
Perform structural analysis of steel and concrete structures
Ensure all documentation and models align with BIM project execution plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams through shared BIM environments
Support structural integrity assessments and modification projects
Provide technical support during fabrication, installation, and commissioning

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in structural design and analysis

Strong skills in BIM modelling and coordination (Revit, Tekla)

Proficiency with structural analysis tools

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Offshore oil & gas, offshore wind, or civil infrastructure experience

Background in fatigue analysis, FEA, or advanced materials
