Managing Director!

Do you have what it takes to develop a good company further? We are offering a unique opportunity to take the lead in a fast-expanding international brand. Our client is a listed company that delivers advanced technical products and solutions to more than 60 countries. The company has high growth goals, both in its existing market but also through the introduction of new products and especially cloud solutions.

As Managing Director of the Norwegian office close to Oslo, you will also be responsible for leading and further developing the company-owned departments in Sweden and Denmark.

This role combines both strategic and operational responsibility. Your mission will be to build a high-performance culture, ensure commercial growth as well as digital and industrial solutions. And preferably achieve synergy effects between the 3 countries.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute the strategy for Scandinavia in line with the group’s growth ambitions.
  • Full P&L responsibility for the Scandinavian region.
  • Daily management of the Norwegian organization.
  • Lead and develop the Country managers in Sweden and Denmark.
  • Build strong customer relationships and drive commercial growth with focus on digital solutions.
  • This position will involve active business travel.

We are searching for a candidate with :

  • Solid leadership experience including P&L responsibility from an international business.
  • Proven track record in technical sales and business development.
  • Experience with demanding industrial customers.
  • Ability to combine strategic leadership with operational execution.
  • Strong communication skills in English and at least one Scandinavian language.
  • Preferably a Master's degree from a relevant financial or technical education.
  • A general interest in technology, especially related to digitization and IT.
