Job Duties

Responsible, with general autonomy, for managing the entire product lifecycle from planning to execution in support of organizational strategy and objectives. Identifies market opportunities, translates these into product designs, and drives marketing strategies for successful product / brand launches. Manages product profitability (e.g., budgeting, expenditures, ROI) and ensures objectives are met. Collaborates with product development and marketing teams to incorporate customer needs and values into product design, branding, and marketing. Works with clients, internal resources, and stakeholders to establish Service Level Agreements for product and service delivery. Ensures the business line organization meets technical, business, and operational performance targets through staff development, skill realignment, and offshore / outsource development when appropriate. Ensures security practices are integrated into the product lifecycle aligning with security standards. This role is independently accountable for a large staff, support functions, or a profit / loss or revenue center of a major product line. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Mathematics, or Engineering and 12 years of oil and gas experience, including strategy, operations, and management. A Master’s degree or Ph.D. is preferred.
