An offshore powerhouse seeks a motivated litigation lawyer (3–5 PQE) to join its Cayman Islands practice. Renowned for its global disputes expertise and track record in complex cross-border matters, including fraud, insolvency, and fund litigation, the team offers exceptional exposure, high-profile work, and genuine opportunities to accelerate your career.

Responsibilities

  • Support high‑profile, multi‑jurisdictional disputes including fraud, insolvency, fund litigation, trust and asset tracing matters.
  • Draft and review legal documents, advise clients, and prepare materials for Partners’ review.
  • Handle matter administration (conflicts, engagement letters, billing, time recording, due diligence) accurately and efficiently.
  • Anticipate issues, organise workloads, and escalate early to ensure seamless partner support.
  • Work independently on discrete tasks with rigorous quality, ensuring fee recovery and client satisfaction.
  • Embody the firm’s values in every interaction.
  • Candidate Profile

  • Qualified in a recognised common law jurisdiction with 3–5 years’ PQE.
  • Solid litigation foundation—commercial, financial services / regulatory disputes, insolvency, restructuring.
  • Strong drafting ability and analytical capability to handle complex cross-border matters.
  • Organised communicator with high confidentiality standards.
  • Eager to learn, collaborative, and ambitious to build in a fast-paced, globally connected litigation practice.
