Your role as an Enrolled Nurse for MSWA provides clinical care, support, and supervision for residents in supported accommodation units with a neurological condition. You will also monitor the medication and care plans of residents and support the onsite Care Support Workers.

A snapshot of your day as an Enrolled Nurse

Each Day Brings New Opportunities. You will perform core activities such as providing and supporting the delivery of a high standard of nursing and personal care to residents, including but not limited to :

  • Providing nursing assessment, nursing care and advice to residents.
  • Supervise the Care Support Workers when required, and assist to ensure delivery of care as per the individuals care plan including :
  • Fitting of aids and appliances.
  • Monitoring of prescribed medication administration.
  • Maintaining all reporting procedures and informing the Manager of any changes in the resident’s status.
  • Carrying out regular reviews and observations of residents as required.

Our ‘must haves’

  • A genuine passion to make a difference coupled with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Current Australian “C” Class Drivers Licence with no restrictions.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • AHPRA registered
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
