HRMS Solution Architects

SUMMARY OF THE ROLEWe are expanding our Human Resource Management system team! Currently we are looking for three new HRMS Solution Architects with an interest in emerging trends and technologies within the HR field to join us. This is your opportunity to work in a global company shaping how complex HR processes are transformed into effective digital services. As HRMS Solution Architect, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and continuously improving Jotun’s HRMS platform (Workday). This is a hands-on position where you will make use of your expertise in HRMS architecture, configuration, and integration to partner with HR leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure that our HRMS ecosystem remains secure, robust and developed in harmony with current and coming business needs. • Formal requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or an HR degree with strong interest in technology – relevant work experience can make up for this requirement.
• Experience with, and deep understanding of, HR processes and system architecture, configuration, and integration with Workday or similar HRMS platforms
• Proven ability to design, implement, test and maintain secure, scalable HRMS solutions aligned with organizational objectives
• Commitment to maintaining best practices for system governance, data quality, and compliance
• A mindset focused on process improvement, innovation, and automation
• Continuous focus on keeping you up to date on emerging HR technology trends
• Fluent English skills both written and spoken
