Overview

Join Mondelēz International as a FMCG Project Manager at the Freia factory in Norway. Lead projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget, driving consistency, quality, and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Drive consistency and quality in project execution using appropriate methodologies and tools.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks, escalating them as needed.
  • Provide project reporting and status updates through scorecards, reports, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Lead budget management, resource planning, and utilization.
  • Confirm project completion, consistency, and readiness for go-live.
  • Own the relationship with external vendors, ensuring quality assurance throughout project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management methodology.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with project resources at all levels.
  • Exceptional project planning and proactive risk management skills.
  • Strong focus on cost, schedule, and quality of project delivery.
  • Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions.
  • Stakeholder management and the ability to positively influence decision-making.
  • Proven ability to build effective teams across internal and external partners.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills with a passion for problem-solving.
  • Excellent English language skills; any Scandinavian language is a plus.
