Job Opening : Elevator Installers at KONE in Bergen

Due to increasing workload, we are seeking skilled employees to join our team at KONE AS in Bergen. The role of an elevator installer primarily involves installing, servicing, and maintaining elevators in accordance with KONE's guidelines, processes, contracts, and agreements.

Key Responsibilities and Personal Qualities

• Prioritize safety for oneself and others during work on elevators.
• Maintain close contact with customers, demonstrating an outgoing, positive, and engaged attitude. Good communication skills are essential for proactive maintenance follow-up.
• Develop good work routines and uphold strong work ethics. Each installer is assigned specific projects or service routes, with trust and responsibility. Focus on safety, progress, quality, and environmental considerations is expected. Maintenance visits should be performed according to plans.

We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, plans their workday, is structured, and communicates effectively. Independence, practical skills, multitasking ability, and excellent teamwork skills are important.
