Overview

Recruitment Consultant specialising in .NET / C# and Azure in Norway

The Role

As a consultant, you’ll work in cross-functional teams alongside skilled colleagues in development, frontend, data engineering, testing, and more. Projects range from large-scale, business-critical systems to highly innovative digital solutions. You’ll be part of a people-first culture where professional growth, collaboration, and work-life balance are at the core.

What You’ll Work On

Developing fullstack solutions using .NET and modern frontend frameworks
Building scalable, cloud-based applications (primarily on Azure)
Working with customers long-term, creating innovative and sustainable solutions
Collaborating with colleagues across disciplines in Agile project teams
Exploring new technologies and contributing to technical communities within the company

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a developer, architect, or tech lead

Strong expertise in .NET (C#) – frontend, backend, or fullstack

Experience with databases, agile methodology, and cloud platforms

Knowledge or interest in containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) and design patterns

Norwegian language skills at B2 level or above (spoken and written)
