Product Development Manager

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for innovation and sustainability? Join us as a Product Development Manager and lead the design, testing, and rollout of new technologies that drive real impact in the waste and energy sector.

We’re looking for a Product Development Manager to spearhead the design, testing, and implementation of breakthrough technologies. You’ll play a key role in delivering new solutions for our clients and optimizing our existing processes, working at the intersection of engineering, operations, and environmental innovation (and also with your own boots on the floor).

The most important tasks, activities and responsibilities are :

• Help the development and validation of new waste processing technologies and new or improved sustainable waste derived products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into scalable solutions
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and environmental regulations to guide development strategies
• Build robust business cases, lead ROI analyses, and support strategic decision-making
• Transfer innovations from design to implementation across sites and project teams
• Brainstorm with other teams to deliver continuous improvement and optimization to existing processes
• Work in a very international team with expertise’s from various countries and areas
