The Opportunity
Co-create and execute omnichannel marketing plans that deliver value for patients, customers, and Roche.
Translate strategy into actionable tactics, setting clear milestones, allocating resources, and managing budgets.
Use insights, data, and digital tools to understand customer and patient journeys, identifying opportunities for improved engagement.
Act as owner of digital marketing channels, leading initiatives such as newsletters and online campaigns.
Develop value propositions and tailored engagement plans that provide consistent and impactful customer experiences.
Measure and optimize marketing activities, ensuring alignment with national, regional, and global objectives.
Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to trusted collaborations across the organization.
Who You Are
You bring 2–5 years of experience, ideally with a background in digital and omnichannel marketing.
You have knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and a strong customer- and patient-centric mindset.
You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, turning insights into tangible outcomes.
You are curious, adaptable, and eager to explore new approaches, using digital and data-driven methods.
You work collaboratively, building networks and fostering partnerships across functions and ecosystems.
You are fluent in English and Norwegian, thriving in a dynamic environment with agility, accountability, and a focus on creating value.
