Role

Senior Project Manager — Data Center Team

Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface
• Develop working relationships, problem solving and drive projects to successful completion
• Manage the design process to achieve the client\'s requirements and manage expectations
• Review project plans and specifications, scheduling, cost-saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.
• Manage project safety and environmental requirements
• Manage project timelines, risks and reporting
• Manage project budgets and advise on options to keep budget on track
• Be engaged with marketing and business development initiatives
• Coordinate vendor scope with overall project delivery
• Contract execution : Draft contract documents in strict accordance with legally approved contract templates. Work closely with project teams to ensure effective and timely document processing and management of contract documents
• Bring strong communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
