As a Marketing Automation Specialist at Morrow Bank, you will lead the way in building smarter, data-driven campaigns across Consumer Lending, Credit Cards, and Deposits. At Morrow Bank, we are on a mission to create smarter, more personalized customer experiences across Norway, Sweden, and Finland. As our new Nordic Marketing Automation Specialist , you will be at the heart of that mission — turning customer data into meaningful engagement and growth. Working with our CDP and Agillic , you will design event-driven journeys, build smart automations, and bring personalized campaigns to life across email, push, and in-app channels. You will take ownership of end-to-end campaign execution, using data and insights to continuously optimize performance and deliver measurable impact.

This is a unique opportunity to shape how we acquire, engage, and retain customers in Consumer Lending, Credit Cards, and Deposits — driving both customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.

Responsibilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities :

  • Drive Nordic campaigns : Lead marketing automation initiatives across Norway, Sweden, and Finland, delivering personalized campaigns for Consumer Lending, Credit Card, and Deposit products.
  • Leverage cutting-edge CDP (in process) : Be our CDP superstar, where you will deploy event-triggered automations and real-time personalization, transforming data into engaging customer experiences.
  • Optimize with Agillic : Design, build, and optimize marketing campaigns in Agillic using advanced audience segmentation, A / B testing, and automated workflows to continually boost engagement and conversion rates.
  • Be data-driven : Together with the analytics team, harness customer insights and predictive modeling to refine campaign targeting and messaging, ensuring every initiative is optimized for performance and ROI.
  • Own end-to-end execution : Lead end-to-end campaign delivery across email, push notifications, and in-product channels, ensuring a cohesive omnichannel customer journey that delights at every touchpoint.
  • Collaborate & innovate : Work closely with Product, Data, and Creative teams to align automation strategies with product launches, data insights, and compelling creative content.
  • Technical leadership : Serve as the go-to technical expert for marketing automation, ensuring seamless integration between our CDP, CRM, and marketing platforms to enable personalized marketing at scale.
  • Forward-thinking approach : Stay ahead of marketing automation trends and champion innovative approaches (like AI-driven personalization) to keep our strategies cutting-edge and high-impact.

Who are you?

You are a data-driven and tech-savvy marketing professional with a passion for turning customer data into personalized, impactful experiences. You thrive in a hands-on role where you can build, test, and optimize campaigns that truly make a difference across the full customer journey.

Curious by nature, you keep up with the latest in CRM, CDP, and Marketing automation — and you enjoy experimenting with new ways to improve relevance, timing, and scalability. You’re equally comfortable diving into workflows and dashboards as you are collaborating with colleagues in Product, Data, and Creative to bring big ideas to life.

Is this you?

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience within Marketing Automation platforms (Agillic, Salesforce, Adobe, Voyado, or similar).
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (Tealium CDP or equivalent) and event-driven personalization is preferable.
  • Strong skills in automation and segmentation, A / B testing, and campaign performance.
  • Practical experience across email, push, and app channels — with a track record of improving engagement and conversion.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into clear actions and optimizations.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach — eager to take ownership and make an impact.
  • Bank or Finance industry is optimal, but not necessary.
