Business Analyst - Laboratory Information Management Systems

As a core member of our Digital Labs project, you will act as a bridge between our laboratory and IT teams, helping to define user and technical requirements for our new Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). This flagship IT project aims to establish a best-in-class IT infrastructure for the industry, with a focus on our LabVantage system.
Your responsibilities will include :
Supporting gap analysis based on user requirements identified by Process Business Owners;Participating in defining and reviewing Functional Requirements Specifications for approval by Process Business Owners;Collaborating with LIMS delivery teams to translate FRS into user stories for developers and supporting testing activities;Defining and maintaining User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes;Working with Process Business Owners on LIMS process mapping versus lab processes;Standardizing LIMS usage and minimizing customization by applying out-of-the-box procedures whenever possible;Assessing the impact of M&A activities on LIMS;Ensuring quality and adherence to global LIMS processes;Collaborating with DQM to design new test methods when required;Reviewing guidelines related to Master Data, system interfaces, and product inventory reports;Executing system functional testing during pilot phases;Partnering with the LIMS Training team to develop training materials.Qualifications include :
An educated degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Chemistry;Proven experience with LabVantage LIMS software;Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.We prefer candidates based in Europe.
