TelluCare enables care providers to scale care services like digital supervision, remote home visits, and remote patient monitoring. To accelerate our growth journey scaling and commercializing our SaaS services, we are seeking a Strategy & Business Developer . This is not a role about running projects or maintaining backlogs. It’s about shaping markets, driving adoption, and positioning TelluCare as a category leader internationally. You will be at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and product–market fit — working directly with the leadership team to unlock scalable growth.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a bridge between business strategy, product, and partners to drive adoption .
- Take a leading role in SaaS commercial strategy, partner growth, and market entry.
- Identify, evaluate, and execute on new business opportunities.
- Shape how TelluCare is positioned to customers, partners, and markets.
- Work closely with the product development team to rapidly identify, validate, and prioritize new ideas — ensuring commercial relevance and market fit.
- Drive pilots and early customer tests of new features, gathering insights that secure adoption and keep development tightly aligned with commercial needs.
- Develop scalable partner onboarding and success models.
What We’re Looking For
A talented person that may be early in your career, yet already demonstrating strong skills in strategic thinking and executional drive.Background from strategy consulting, SaaS scale-ups, or commercial product management.Strong commercial mindset and analytical skills with proven drive and enthusiasm.Sharp eye for market opportunities and the ability to translate customer / market insights into strategic action.Ability to understand SaaS solutions (not as a developer, but as a strategic problem-solver).Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent in English (Scandinavian language skills is a plus).Why Join Us
