Overview

As a Service Technician at Tesla you will help ensure an innovative service to our customers and support the world's transition to sustainable energy.

What You'll Do

  • Service, repair and improve : Working with Tesla specific software and advanced tools you will be performing repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles
  • Ensure top quality : Inspect vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery to fix it right the first time
  • Collaborate : Work across teams (local and regional) to share support and best practices to improve the service experience
  • Develop : Participate in in-house training and share your knowledge with the team to drive the whole group forward

What You'll Bring

  • Technically experienced : You have professional experience within technical vehicle service and repairs, working within automotive, aviation, marine or a similar industry
  • A team player : You thrive in a diverse, collaborative team
  • Flexible : You can work in shifts to support your team
  • A good communicator : You speak and write English well and communicate clearly and respectfully
  • Safe to drive : You must hold a full Norwegian driver’s license
