As a Sales Manager at No Isolation, you will be part of a rapidly scaling company expanding across multiple markets – while also playing a crucial role in helping school authorities ensure that every child has access to education and social participation through our AV1 telepresence robot. Location : This is a hybrid role based in our Oslo office, with flexibility to work remotely. The position also requires travel within the surrounding regions.

What Will Be Your Mission?

As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving No Isolation’s growth in Norway by helping build strong partnerships with schools, municipalities, and decision-makers. You will take full ownership of your region, from lead generation to closing deals and expanding our presence.

Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Building market presence – Position No Isolation as a trusted solution provider, create impactful pilot projects, and engage with key stakeholders to establish AV1 as a recognized tool for reducing school absenteeism.
  • Generating leads & closing deals – Identify high-value prospects, secure meetings with decision-makers, and close impactful deals.
  • Taking a consultative approach – Understand customer challenges and present our solutions as strategic, high-impact investments.
  • Managing accounts & ensuring adoption – Build long-term partnerships, support implementation, and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Driving awareness & thought leadership – Represent No Isolation at industry events, host webinars, and actively network within the sector.
  • Shaping our strategy – Gather market insights, collaborate with internal teams, and remove blockers to accelerate our expansion.

Who Are You?

You are an experienced and ambitious sales professional with a proven ability to drive high-value deals and build trust with stakeholders.

  • Proven sales experience – A track record of closing deals worth a couple of hundred thousand NOK or more.
  • Confidence in engaging with C-level decision-makers – Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – A self-starter who thrives on ownership and results.
  • Consultative sales approach – Ability to understand customer needs and position solutions strategically.
  • Experience in EdTech or selling to the public sector is highly preferred.
  • Native or fluent in Norwegian, with strong professional proficiency in English.

    Who Are We?

    No Isolation was founded in 2015 when we developed AV1, a telepresence robot that helps children and young people stay connected to their education during long-term absences due to illness. Our mission is to help educators bring learning and belonging to every child.

    Today, there are over 3,500 active AV1 robots used across 18 European countries. Positioned in the EdTech sector, AV1 is a unique solution to the growing issue of persistent absence, supporting both the academic and social needs of students.
