- Accuracy : Identify and manage subtle differences in digital communication, ensuring adherence to the client's terms of use.
- Engage & Support : Actively participate in employee assistance programs and training, contributing to a positive work environment.
- Handle Sensitive Material : Manage potentially sensitive content, including violence and hate speech, with empathy and professionalism.
