About Nofence

With the world’s first virtual fencing system for grazing animals, we enable farmers to let their livestock graze without physical fences - while maintaining full control and getting more out of their land. We are rapidly expanding across Europe and the US, creating a new category that is transforming how the world thinks about grazing and livestock management.

We are now looking for a Head of PR & Communications to set the global direction, deliver local impact, and build a high-performing communications team with responsibility for strategy, media relations, PR agencies, and crisis communications.

The role

As our new Head of PR & Communications, you will be our leading communications expert while building an international PR and communications engine that delivers locally through a scalable global model.

Your Mission Will Be To

• Set direction and scale : One clear global strategy, with smart playbooks for each market. You build as you deliver.
• Drive visibility where it matters : A steady flow of relevant stories in local and trade media across markets - pitching and writing yourself when needed.
• Build the team : Recruit, develop, and lead an international communications team. Use agencies wisely and demand quality.
• Own crises and quality : Ensure readiness, train spokespeople, and secure clear messaging across PR, public affairs, and marketing.
• Deliver at pace : Clear KPIs, realistic plans, and consistent execution in a high-speed scale-up environment.
