Our Repair team provides high-quality service for maintaining equipment in accordance with operating specifications. We provide customers with excellent solutions needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.

Partner with the best

The AMO Technician maintains assigned trucks, ships, and related equipment in accordance with operating specifications. Routinely welds, paints and refurbishes equipment. Conducts mechanical inspections. May use moderately complex diagnostic equipment. Maintains records. Handles special projects, as assigned.

As an ARMO Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for :

Complying with HS&E policies and procedures.

Performing mechanical assembly, maintenance, and overhaul on Completion and Wellbore Intervention equipment.

Working to pre-defined procedures in line with established work practices and quality standards.

Assisting in incident investigations, troubleshooting, and diagnosing equipment issues.

Assisting in the enhancement of maintenance processes, documentation, and quality.

Maintaining equipment records and filing systems as part of quality control and assurance programs.

Understanding and knowledge of various industrial sectors such as fishing tools, wellbore intervention, liners, and completions (hydraulic mechanical based background).

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will :

• Have a high school technical diploma or equivalent qualification in a mechanical field or relevant experience.
• Norwegian Overhead Crane Certified
• English and Norwegian language skills.
• Have relevant industry experience (oilfield, automotive) with excellent mechanical aptitude
• Be a current passport holder, it will be required for travel requirements
• Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical
• Be proficient in reading and interpreting maintenance documents, drawings, parts lists and following formal procedures.
• Be able to demonstrate basic computer skills.
