As Clinical Supply Manager you will have a key position in E2E supply chain processes as planning, forecasting, ordering and distribution of patient doses for global clinical study programs. You will have a key role in the set-up phase of CMOs across product portfolio in development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Supply Team to deliver its operational performance outcomes and Project milestones
  • Be accountable for successful supply with high service level of clinical and commercial patient doses world-wide
  • Establish and expand the supply chain for distribution of Targeted Actinium Conjugates (TACs) to fully support the clinical development strategy
  • Ensure robust and efficient supply, E2E of TAC-compounds in clinical development and timely delivery to patients
  • Coordinate comprehensive development programs with clinical operations, technology development and quality assurance
  • Support projects, e.g. sourcing, warehouse & distribution strategy, supply chain improvements
  • Collaborate with and oversee sourcing from 3rd parties towards CDMOs (supply agreements, raw material supply and contract negotiations)
  • Monitor and report KPIs and trends from our CDMO network for all radiopharmaceutical assets
  • Expand trusted relationships with key stakeholders in the TAT platform field
  • Actively share knowledge and collaborate in cross-functional teams

Preferred Background And Experience / Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills in work teams and between peers
  • Ability to lead local projects / activities and work independently as well as in teams
  • Ability to take initiative and have a problem-solving nature with high complexities across functions
  • Strong customer focus, strong sense of urgency and flexibility to find solutions on short notice. A high degree of availability will be required when supply issues occur
  • Organized, committed and able to work efficiently within given timelines in local and global teams
  • Good competence regards Supply Agreements, supplier qualification, implementation and validation of supply related systems / tools
  • Broad knowledge about Importation / Exportation of Radiopharmaceuticals
  • Excellent Project Management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in English and Norwegian
  • Excellent coordinating and result-oriented skills
  • Excellent ability to work under time pressure
