What can you expect as a Graduate at VARD?

We are hiring Graduates across various departments :

  • Vard Design & Engineering : Hiring engineering Graduates in Machinery, Structural, Electrical, Naval Architecture & Accommodation, HVAC, and Detail Design Coordination.
  • Vard Electro : Looking for Graduates in Software Development, Cyber Security, and SeaQ portfolio including Power, Remote, Control, Bridge & Navigation, Communication & Safety.
  • Seaonics : Seeking Graduates in Mechanical Engineering and Control System Engineering.
  • Vard Design : Looking for Graduates in Conceptual Design, Hydro & Stability, and Research & Innovation.
  • Vard Interiors : Seeking Graduates in Engineering, Procurement, and Project Management.

As a Graduate at VARD, you will participate in our Graduate Onboarding Program, an initiative across all VARD entities to welcome new graduates. You will become a permanent employee from the start.

The ideal candidate should have

We seek high-performing students graduating in 2026 in relevant fields such as Ship Design, Marine Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Hydro Dynamics, Renewable Energy, Electrical, Automation, Computer Science, ICT, and Cyber Security.

  • Interest in the maritime industry
  • Flexible, systematic, and structured
  • Enjoys a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and teamwork abilities

  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written
