Group Business Controller

We are looking for a Group Business Controller who wants to be close to the business and contribute to building the management tools of tomorrow. Your Responsibilities

• Drive and further develop our budgeting and forecasting processes, analyses, and models.
• Manage the Group business planning calendar and ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.
• Provide insights and perspectives to management that influence key decisions on profitability, cost structure, margin, operational performance, and investments.
• Develop and monitor key indicators such as backlog and order intake.
• Establish standard reporting and insights across regions and functions, ensuring quality and consistency, including harmonization of KPIs and key figures.
• Support integration of new entities from M&A processes and organic growth.
• Act as a bridge between commercial teams and finance, delivering analyses that guide growth.
• Develop, improve, and take ownership of Group Power BI reports, enhancing data usage in decision-making.
• Contribute to periodic reporting to owners and external stakeholders.
