We are currently seeking Maintenance Staff 50% who can help care for the hotel and maintain it to excellent standards. This role requires that you are practical and have a thorough understanding of technical solutions.

Comfort Hotel Xpress Youngstorget has 245 rooms and an occupancy of approximately 80% in a full year. Together with the housekeeping team and reception team, you are the glue that keeps the house together.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operation of the building.
• Comply with all rules and regulations related to the safety and operation of the hotel.
• Monitor and improve energy usage and ensure the hotel always performs according to the relevant environmental policies.
• Manage suppliers and ongoing service agreements together with the Housekeeping and Technical Manager.
• Day-to-day maintenance including painting and repairs to care of outdoor areas.
• Prioritize guest needs and ensure all hotel facilities and related features are always available.
• Work as sustainably as possible.
• Be flexible around working schedule; working days and hours will be arranged as needed.
