Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions, focusing on S4 / HANA.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP functionalities.
Work across various SAP modules such as ABAP, Fiori, BTP, and others, delivering high-quality solutions tailored to client needs.
Provide expertise and guidance on SAP best practices, development techniques, and system enhancements.
Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and contribute to ongoing innovation initiatives.
Support end-to-end project delivery and ensure optimal system performance.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on SAP development experience, including expertise in S4 / HANA.

Strong technical proficiency in one or more SAP modules (e.g., ABAP, Fiori, BTP etc.).

Consultancy background is highly desirable.

Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions in complex environments.

Fluent in Norwegian and English– both written and verbal.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a hybrid model, with some in-office presence as required.
