Senior Process Engineer

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for Senior Process Engineer

Job Description :

• Design and optimize hydrogen production processes for containerized PEM electrolysers.
• Contribute as a team player in multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams throughout various projects stages
• Develop process models, simulation and control strategies for our electrolyser systems.
• Contribute to safety reviews, HAZOP studies, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and automation engineers to ensure efficient system integration.
• Provide technical guidance on gas purification, water treatment and thermal management.
• Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Engage with suppliers and partners on process equipment and instrumentation selection and standardization.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to internal and external stakeholders, including non-technical audiences.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering.

5+ years of experience in process engineering,preferably in onshore gas processing, semiconductor manufacturing or chemical processing industries. Experience with Hydrogen production is an advantage.

Proven ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams.

Familiarity with industrial safety standards and regulations.

Experience with technical safety is an advantage.

Hands-on experience with system testing and commissioning.
