Overview

A.G. Rhodes is currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Care Partners for our Cobb community in Marietta, Georgia, right off I-75. We are proud to be one of the few nonprofit organizations in Georgia and have been ranked as the Best of Cobb Nursing Home for three consecutive years. Our culture is compassionate, inclusive, empowering, and innovative. We value our Care Partners and strive to provide an exceptional employee experience. We are opening a brand new community with all private rooms. Our Full-time and Part-time positions require every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday).

Qualifications

Current Georgia CNA Certification

1 year experience in LTC / skilled nursing community preferred but willing to train newly certified CNAs

Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community preferred

Memory Care experience preferred

CPR / First Aid Certification preferred

Genuine passion for working with elders

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to foster teamwork with fellow LPN and CNA care partners

Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience preferred)

Strong organization and time management skills
