You’re an experienced backend developer who thrives in a fast-paced and varied workday. You take a pragmatic approach to development, balancing ideal solutions with real-world constraints. You’re motivated by ownership and autonomy —and curious about the intersection of technology and sustainability .

You’ll be joining a small, tight-knit team where your voice matters, and where your decisions help shape both the product and the company .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development across our backend stack using Python, Django, and geospatial data
• Take part in system architecture and infrastructure decisions as we scale
• Drive major projects end-to-end, including new integrations and internal model redesigns
• Collaborate closely with design, product, and data to build seamless, performant APIs
• Help define and evolve technical conventions and best practices
• Contribute to CI / CD pipelines, testing, and DevOps-related processes
