This role is suited for a senior leader with a strong track record of delivering enterprise-wide change, influencing executive stakeholders, and embedding robust governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead large-scale ERP transformation initiatives from strategy through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term value creation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insight and direction on change management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Establish and enforce strong governance structures, ensuring compliance, transparency, and accountability across all project phases.
• Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a high-performance culture and cross-border collaboration.
