Background of the role :

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Lead Engineer. You will play an important role and lead the technical work towards several of our customers in Norway.

Key Responsibilities :

• You will lead technical work to ensure adherence to quality, timelines, and financial targets per contract specifications and safety requirements.
• You will focus on power and control system deliveries to customers in Norway, including grid companies, industries, and the transport sector.
• Lead and coordinate a diverse team spanning various engineering disciplines internally and externally.
• Operate at the intersection of sales and project execution, maintaining extensive customer contact in both areas.
• You will collaborate closely with the project manager to align on objectives and deliverables.
• Engage with high-voltage installations (>

36kV), transformers, reactors, protection & control systems, auxiliary power supplies.

Your workplace will be in our new premises at Helsfyr in Oslo, Flesland in Bergen, Porsgrunn and / or Harstad. Please note that the position may involve occasional travel.
