Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support to Danish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve challenges with efficiency and empathy.
  • Document customer interactions meticulously in the CRM system for continuity and analysis.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices.
  • Stay informed about product features and industry updates to provide accurate assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Positive, customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is beneficial.
