We're Hiring : Customer Support Specialist with Norwegian - Sofia, Bulgaria (on-site)
Location : Sofia, Bulgaria (On-site)
EU Passport required
Languages : Norwegian (C2 / native) + English (B2+)
Contract Type : Full-time
Schedule : Rotational shifts including weekdays and weekends
Relocation support provided if you're moving from abroad

- Record and manage customer interactions accurately in internal systems
