Transactional Business Model Champion – UNIFY Nordic Baltics Schneider Electric is transforming how we operate across the next 20 years through UNIFY—a global program harmonizing business processes, data foundations, and digital customer journeys. As the Transactional Business Model Champion for the Nordic Baltic Zone, you will act as the Zone advocate and coordinator for the Transactional Business Model within the UNIFY program. You will ensure countries are fully prepared for deployment, align needs with global teams, and lead change management together with the UNIFY Change & Adoption Leader. Key Responsibilities Steer and monitor Zone readiness for the Transactional Business Model, following UNIFY deployment methodology. Identify gaps between current (as‑is) and target (to‑be) processes; drive action plans to ensure full standard solution adoption. Support localization of project documentation (training, test scripts) with UNIFY BPOs. Coordinate business transformation streams : Offer Standardization, Commercial Policy, Quotation Transformation, Order Management, Returns. Assess and map the Zone digital landscape and required process changes. Consolidate Zone status updates for the UNIFY Management Steering Committee. Serve as an advocate for compliance with the UNIFY operating model across countries. Work across a multi-project program with global and Zone stakeholders. Success Profile Strong business acumen and deep understanding of transactional execution models. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to bring diverse viewpoints to shared solutions. Experience navigating transformational change in large organizations (product, tech, IT, or SaaS environments). Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment and engage senior leaders. Solid project / PMO skills with a strong sense of ownership. Energetic, proactive, operationally focused, and ready to influence at multiple levels.
