What you will be responsible for :

• Lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of high and low-voltage power distribution systems for a hydroelectric-powered crypto mining data center.
• Monitor and manage power supply systems to ensure optimal and continuous operation, minimizing power interruptions and faults.
• Perform accurate electricity calculations, timely reporting, and maintenance of detailed records of power usage, incidents, and repairs.
• Identify and analyze electrical hazards, providing actionable solutions to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Supervise, mentor, and train junior electricians, fostering a culture of safety, skill development, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain and manage spare parts, tools, and meters to ensure operational readiness and timely repairs.
• Oversee and maintain clean and organized workspaces within designated electrical areas.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may sometimes be exposed to heat, noise, and vibrations. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. The exposure will not be constant but could occupy a large amount of a person’s time during the day while on-site. Safety & Noise reduction equipment will be provided by the company. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The role allows working remotely flexibly where necessary.
