This role is pivotal in progressing the administration function on site. Successful candidate will be responsible for standardizing the approach of the admin function. Modernising and automating all the daily production data reporting tools. Working collaboratively with Operational Controlling Manager and reporting team to improve data sources.
Key Areas
Initially working to standardise the approach of each department. Each area is at a different progression with Code IT implementation and the requirements of the team member varies as this is implemented.
- Updating all documents into more user friendly, shared data sources. Material Yield update. Migrate all reporting documents to SharePoint and optimize connectivity
- Streamlining approach for each department – analysing all the different documents and practices associated with each function and standardising where possible
Management of Team
Communicate with the team and feedback to the Operational Controlling ManagerOrganize and dispatch workload in the teamEnsure that correct procedures are followedKey Performance Indicators
