Overview

Adeptis Group is partnering with a global organisation that is expanding its IT transformation capability in the Nordics. We are looking for a Digital Transformation Advisor to deliver high-impact projects across cloud, AI, DevOps, enterprise IT, and cyber resilience.

You’ll play a key role in designing and executing large-scale digital strategies, working with international teams, and guiding leading organisations through ambitious transformation journeys.

The Role

  • Take full ownership of large-scale IT projects, from planning to delivery.
  • Develop IT strategies, architectures, and operating models that enable lasting change.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, steering decisions and resolving challenges.
  • Shape long-term client relationships and contribute to new project opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor project teams delivering solutions across cloud, AI / ML, DevOps, and cyber resilience.
  • Build and present business cases that drive strategic decisions.

What You’ll Bring

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business IT, or a related field.
  • 6+ years’ experience in IT consulting, transformation, or technology strategy.
  • Knowledge of modern IT disciplines such as cloud, AI, DevOps, IT architecture, or cyber resilience.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate tech into business value.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Nordic language skills are a plus.
  • Flexibility to travel when needed across the Nordics and internationally.
